Instagram for Android. The long wait is over.

I have been introduced to Instagram by my friends who were using it at the time because when Instagram first launched in October 2010, it was only available in Apple's App Store and I couldn't download it because they haven't made a version yet for Android. I could only use it with my iPad (which I only got last January 2012 thanks to Gobby It Up!) so imagine the effort of sending photos from my Samsung Galaxy S2 (which I recently just got too, thanks to Samsung hehe) to my iPad just so I can upload it via Instagram.

Now, the long wait is over as Instagram just launched their Andoird version via Google Play today, April 3, 2012 after 18 months of only being available in Apple's App Store.

You can now download the app using either the App Store or Google Play and instantly share your photos with everyone.
